Him Dimitris Hadzi acquired by Carditsa. The 21-year-old power forward/center (2.08 m.) started basketball at the DEKA academies in Thessaloniki, while he passed through Peristeri and last season they competed with a double ticket in EFAOZ in National League 1.

“AS Karditsas JAPONIKI announces the addition of Dimitris Hatzis to the roster of the men’s team.
The 21-year-old, 2.08 m tall forward-center is yet another young athlete who joins our team with an eye on the present as well as the future, within the framework of the development program, which evolves every year and more dynamically.
Dimitris Hatzis was born on June 24, 2003 and started playing basketball at the DEKA academies in Thessaloniki, continued at HOOP and after his return to DEKA, signed his first professional contract in the summer of 2022 with Peristeri. At the same time, he competed in the previous two years with Filathlitiko Zografou in the National League 1 championship.
Hatzis also has 15 appearances and 45 points with the National Youth Men’s Team, with which he won the bronze medal in the 2023 European Championship.
