THE PAS Ioannina announced on Saturday (7/9) the start of his collaboration with Stefan Scepovicwho will play in the team until the end of this season.

“PAE PAS Ioannina 1966 announces the start of cooperation with footballer Stefan Scepovic, who signed a cooperation contract until 2025.
Born on January 10, 1990, he started his career at Partizan Belgrade’s academies before moving to OFK Beograd in the summer of 2017 at the age of 13. Loans to Pozarevac and Sopot followed before his performances in January 2010 sparked the interest of Sampdoria. After 16 appearances and one goal he moved to the Genoa team at the age of just 16.
In Genoa he played in two games and in July 2010 he signed a cooperation contract with Club Brugge whose shirt he wore in 7 games scoring a goal. In January 2011 he was loaned to Kortrijk until the end of the season (8 appearances and one goal).
In September 2011 he signed for Hapoel Acre in his first full season he impressed scoring 13 goals and providing four assists in 31 games. So, Partizan offered him a two-year contract and brought him back to Belgrade. With the Serbian team he recorded 25 appearances, 8 goals and 6 assists before being loaned to Ashdod. In the Israel team in 13 games he scored six times and had one assist.
In July 2013 he moved to Spain and Sporting Gijon and in September of the same year he made history by becoming the first player of the team to score in five consecutive games, while in January 2014 he was voted by the famous newspaper Marca as the best player of the first round .
After 23 goals in 39 appearances Celtic took out of their coffers 2.5 million euros to make him theirs. At Celtic he played in 26 games (5 goals-1 assist) winning both the Scottish Championship and the League Cup.
In August 2015 Getafe brought him back to Spain and with six goals and two assists in 34 games he forced the Spanish club to make him theirs the following year on a regular transfer. In the 2016-17 season Scepovic had another busy season with 25 appearances, three goals and one assist.
In July 2017 he returned to Sporting Gijon on loan but in January 2018 after 18 matches and 4 goals he was transferred to Hungary and Videoton. There he recorded seven goals and three assists in 20 games. The next stop in his career was the Polish Jagiellonia Bialystok with whom he played in seven games.
In 2020 he made the big decision to move to the Far East and Japan for Machida Zelvia where he played in 31 games with one goal and one assist.
In March 2021 he wore the Malaga jersey for 13 games scoring three goals to be followed by AEL Limassol in the summer of the same year. He remained in Cyprus until February 2023, being a key member of the team having 13 goals and 4 assists in 48 matches.
In February 2023 he moved to Australia and Brisbane Roar whose jersey he wore in ten games scoring one goal. The last stop in his career was Muangthong United of Thailand with which he scored 13 goals and 4 assists in 32 matches.
Stefan Scepovic is an international with all the national teams of Serbia, making his debut with the men’s team in February 2012 against Cyprus, while he scored his only goal against North Macedonia. In total, he has 8 appearances and one goal.
