OR Tottenham and the Bedakur were informed of the FA’s official intervention regarding comments made by the footballer in an interview during the summer. This gets him into trouble due to the racist undertones of his remarks.
Ahead of the Copa America and responding to a reporter who asked him for his jersey Sean from the London team, the Uruguayan asked if he would like an appearance from Sean and moments later thought to say: “Pretty much all Koreans look alike…”.
This of course caused the Tottenham striker to be annoyed, but he took it immediately explanations by his teammate and the matter was considered over. Not, however, for the FA, which at noon on Thursday charged Bedakur with the violation of the regulation regarding the manners of conduct.
Due to the fact that this is a racist comment, there is talk of possibility punishment which can reach 6-12 games!
