After the draws of the table tennis championships for the 2024-2025 season, the E.F.O.E.P.A. announced on Thursday the series of matches, venues and dates for the A1 and A2 National categories for men and women. Simply, he did not announce all the match dates, but only those of the first two days.
Along the way, he will also finalize those of the next three of the regular season. The start will take place on October 12 and 13, while the second weekend is scheduled for November 9 and 10.
The first Olympiakos-Panathinaikos men’s and women’s derbies “fell” together in the seventh matchday. The clubs, which won the first and second place respectively last season in A1 and project this year as main contenders for the title, will meet for the first round in the third competition weekend in the SEF, therefore the date of the event is not yet known.
At the start of the men’s A1, the match between Olympiakos and AEK stands out at the Faleri stadium. At the same venue, the women’s matches of Olympiakos with AEK and Pera Athens will attract attention in October, as will the match between Panathinaikos and Pera.
SEF will once again be the main venue for meetings in the four leagues this year and, from then on, matches will be hosted in four other cities.
The women’s A1 will have matches in its premiere in Florina, while in the middle of the season it will also “pass” through Kavala. Matches for the men’s A1 will be held in Kavala and in Thessaloniki (HANTH gymnasium).
