Ice Cream Day is celebrated in the country next Monday (23), one day after the arrival of spring.
According to Abis, the industry association, São Paulo is the state that consumes the most ice cream — in the capital and in the interior of São Paulo, there are around 3,500 ice cream shops.
With so many options and places, there is ice cream to please different tastes: from the most purist, who prefer the classic Italian version, to those who embrace new ideas, such as the recipe made on a chilled plate.
