Lucescu: “Kotarski inspires confidence and trust – We didn’t go into the match focused”

I often avoid talking about my players but Kotarski inspires confidence and trust in his teammates. There are not always many phases that he needs in a match but when we need him he is there and he is amazing. From then on we took the lead, the opponent was left with ten and we could have scored a second goal at half time. The opponent after 0-2 managed to reduce but our third goal came quickly. But the phase that helped us was Kotarski’s penalty save at the start. We simply created many phases throughout the match, we could have scored more goals.”
