Hatzigiannis was the leader of the PCC in Thessaloniki

OR Hellenic Shooting Club (ELPS) organized on the weekend of October 12-13 at its shooting range in Zesta Nera Lagada Thessaloniki the now established international competition “Asclepius Cup”whom he enriched with the new weapon, the PCC, the short-range rifle up to 100 meterswhich uses as ammunition, 9 mm cartridges as in pistols. It is a weapon that enjoys a great response in advanced shooting countries and that in Greece this year took the first steps.

In the competitive part, Michalis Hatzigiannis in yet another big match he proved that he is rightfully among the world’s best, after he managed to beat shooters of known value and great experience despite having only been training with the Scmeisser rifle for a few months. The second place was won by the Israeli Dotan Toibis, while the third place went to the Bulgarian Alexander Kussev, who is one of the leading Europeans in the pistol. Theologos Zounis from Rhodes was ranked fourth, who has great room for development, while the fifth place was taken by the experienced Alexandros Hamlatzis and the sixth was completed by the Bulgarian Hristo Struntsev.

It is very positive that now many clubs have entered the process of organizing PCC matches because it is the only way to help the Greek internationals who will represent our country in the World Cup that will take place next May in the Czech Republic.
