Kifisia fought, but “farewelled” Europe

Sixth in European continuity is Kifissia. The northern suburbs team lost 1-3 sets to Neftokhimik Burgas in Zirinio in the second of their Women’s Volleyball Challenge Cup ’64s and, combined with the 0-3 set in the first encounter last week in Bulgaria, he “farewelled” the European “salons” for this year.

Kifisia tried for the turnaround, they lost the first set with difficulty, tied at 1-1, but in the third and decisive set, the players of Kostas Christofidelis committed 10 errors that deprived them of the possibility to claim the match until the final.
