Olympiacos, AEK and Diomedis learned their opponents in the draw that took place on Tuesday morning (29/10).
Handball Premier champions and last year’s European Cup finalists Olympiacos will face Romania’s Potaisa Turda, a force to be reckoned with.
The first match will be held at the headquarters of the Romanians, while the second at the “red and white” stadium.
AEK, who comfortably cleared the Giunio Fasano hurdle with two wins, were drawn with Montenegrin champions Lovcen, with the pair’s first meeting taking place in Athens.
Diomedes will have the opportunity to get revenge for the elimination of Drama from Arendal, which he will find in front of him in the 3rd round. The second game is scheduled to take place in Argos.
The first matches have been set for the two-day period of November 23-24, while the return matches are scheduled for one week later, namely November 30-December 1.
