The Standing Committee on Combating Violence (SCC) announces that:
With Act No. 32/2024, it imposed, at the expense of PAE AEK, the administrative sanction of holding one (1) sports meeting as the home team without the presence of spectators, in any National event, due to the throwing of one (1) firecracker, by her fan, inside the stand at door 7 of the Municipal Stadium of Serres, shortly after the end of the match PANSERRAIKOS – AEK, which took place on 26-10-2024, for the organization of the Super League 1 of the 2024-2025 season.
This incident emerges clearly both from the incident report of the competent police authority, and from the reports of the Super League and DEAB observers, respectively.
Application of Article 10 of Law 5085/2024
The penalty AEK will be called upon to serve it in the next home match for any competition, that is, in the game against Star Аktor which is scheduled for November 9.
