THE Panagiotis Karaiskoswho was leading up to the height of the Music Hall, finished second with 2:19:50 and even as soon as he finished his race he embraced the great winner and bowed to him in an apotheosis of good sportsmanship.
Third with a time of 2:21:40 was George Beniswhile the first five were completed by Konstantinos Stamoulis (2:22:49) and Frick Van de Werd (2:24:49).
Kenyan Edwin Kiprop Kipto finished first last year, as he set a new record with a time of 2:10.34.
