“I’m done, I’ll never see my children again”: Alderweireld shocks about his mental health and the Belgian national team

Eventually, all the stress was affecting my heart. It was giving me panic attacks, which made my heart beat faster. You’re going crazy. And at some point, he thinks you’re going to have a heart attack and die. I did a lot of tests but everything was fine. Then I started talking to people and they told me it was stress. I still suffer from it for hours and hours, but I bear it because I know it’s nothing”he explained.
