Giannakopoulos: “I was solemnly acquitted, date on Friday with Monaco at the stadium”!

Dimitris Giannakopoulos was acquitted by the Single Member Court of First Instance of Athens in the complaints made against him by its presidents KAE Olympiacos, George and Panagiotis Angelopoulosfor online postings of abusive content during last year’s finals of the Greek championship. Since then, we recall, the rivalry between the two sides it had… flared upwith Mr. Giannakopoulos to be punished with entry ban from all stadiums.

A while ago, it became known that the case was heardalthough the legal representatives of the “red and white” asked for a postponement, and the court’s decision was acquittal for the owner of Panathinaikos. This means that he can return to the pitches, only of the Euroleague for the time being, since the decision of the ACEAD (Supreme Council for the Resolution of Sports Disputes) is pending.

Dimitris Giannakopoulos himself commented on the decision to acquit him with his story on Instagram, saying among other things:Well, some months ago KAE Olympiacos filed lawsuits, lawsuits, complaints, I don’t know what the correct legal expressions are, wanting to jail me, to see me put behind bars.
