ESAKE: Fines to AEK and PAOK for the matches with Promethea and Olympiakos

She was fined a total of 6,600 euros KAE AEK by the ESAKE sports judge for what happened in the match with Prometheus. On the contrary, Makis Angelopoulos was acquitted for entering the field of play. A fine was also imposed on KAE PAOK for the behavior of his fans in the match against Olympiakos.

The decisions of the sports referee in detail:

It is imposed on the CONSTANTINOUPOLE SPORTS ASSOCIATION – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014):

a) for each of the 5 warnings that took place with the exception of the first of them, for abusive slogans addressed to natural persons, the penalty of a reprimand as well as a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros, i.e. a total penalty of four ( 4) reprimands and a fine of five thousand six hundred (5,600.00) euros for the above offense and

b) for incidents inside the field but outside the field of play a monetary fine of one thousand (1,000.00) euros, during the championship game, with the team ATHLETIKOS SYLLOGOS PATRON PROMITHEAS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (d.t. PROMITHEAS PATRON KAE) which was conducted on 16-11-24.2. The CONSTANTINOUPOLE SPORTS ASSOCIATION – AEK – NEW MEN’S BASKETBALL SOCIETY ANONYMOUS 2014 (d.t. AEK NEW KAE 2014) as well as Mavroidis (Makis) Angelopoulos, Administrative Agent of the aforementioned KAE, are released for the violations of the provisions of of the Disciplinary Regulations attributed to the latter during the same match as above.

The ATHLETICS ASSOCIATION OF PATRONS PROMITHEAS KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (d.t. PROMITHEAS PATRONS KAE) is exempted from the following categories:

a) for committing disciplinary offenses – creating incidents by spectators with courtside seats and

b) for the distribution of tickets by the home team to the visiting KAE during the championship match, with the team ATHLETIKI ENOSI KONSTANTINOUPOLEOS – AEK – NEA ANONIMI ATHLETIKI TETERIIA KALATHOSFAIRESIS ANDRON 2014 (d.t. AEK NEA KAE 2014) which was held on 11-16-24.

It is imposed on the PANIONIAN GYMNASTICS ASSOCIATION OF SMYRNIS 1890 BASKETBALL SOCIETY. (d.t. KAE PANIONIOS GSS 1890) a fine of six hundred (600.00) euros for abusive slogans that are not directed at natural persons, during the championship match, with the team ARIS OEM 2003 OEM) which conducted on 11-16-24.

1. It is imposed on PANTTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE):

a) a fine of seven hundred (700.00) euros for insulting slogans against non-natural persons as well as

b) for each of the 2 warnings that took place with the exception of the first one, for abusive slogans addressed to natural persons, the penalty of a reprimand as well as a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros, i.e. a total penalty of one ( 1) a reprimand and a fine of one thousand four hundred (1,400.00) euros for the above offense during the championship match, with the team OLYMPIC FILATHLON ASSOCIATION OF PIRAEUS Basketball Corporation (d.t. OLYMPIAKOS KAE) held on 11-17-24.

2. PANTHESSALONIKIOS ATHLETIKOS OMILOS KONSTANTINOUPOLITON 2004 KALATHOSFAIRIKI ANONIMI ETERIA (d.t. PAOK 2004 KAE) is exempted from the category of not having an appropriate temperature inside the stadium during the above match.
