“Arrows” from the Norwegian federation to FIFA for the 2030 and 2034 World Cups

by

A direct attack was launched by Football Association of Norway against her FIFA leaving clear tips for the tendering process for organizing the 2030 and 2034 World Cups!

With an official letter sent by the Norwegians to World Confederation they asked for transparency and justice, while he emphasized that the FIFA does not comply with the rules it has set, with faulty and completely problematic management of situations on the part of the Federation.

The The 2030 World Cup will be held in Portugal, Spain, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Morocco, while in 2034 it has been taken over by Saudi Arabia, something that caused great reactions throughout the football world.

The letter from the Norwegian Football Association in detail:

“The conference is primarily about providing feedback on FIFA’s allocation process. The board’s assessment is that the process does not align with the principles of a sound and predictable system of governance. By refraining from cheering, we are sending a deliberate message that we cannot support FIFA’s approach.

“The board first considered whether the two bids for 2030 and 2034 should be voted on. It was unanimously agreed that we are opposed. It follows logically that the Norwegian Confederation cannot approve such a procedure.

We believe the process does not adequately adhere to the principles of accountability, transparency and objectivity outlined in FIFA’s 2016 reforms as interpreted by the Federation”
