Jaylen Jones was born on May 27, 1993 in Dallas, USA and with a height of 2.01m, he plays as a forward. In his collegiate career he attended SMU (2011-13) and Texas A&M (2014-16).
He began his professional career in the 2016/17 season with the Celtics’ G League affiliate, while also having stints in the NBA with the Pelicans, Mavericks and Cavaliers.
In 2019 he moved to Europe for the first time on behalf of Baskonia and then played in Italy (Varese), France (Bourgs, Soleil, Rouen), Israel (Hapoel Haifa) and Romania (Cluj).
This year, he began the year in the Venezuelan league with the Distrito Capital Spartans, where he averaged 9.5 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.2 steals in 18 games.
