Four months “bell” in Lucescu! Rebuke to Iliopoulos

The pelecys fell heavily for his people PAOK about what happened in the OPAP Arena parking lot after the Cup quarter-final with the AEK.

The EPO Disciplinary Committee punished with a four-month ban from the stadiums and locker rooms for four months in Razvan Lucescu and members of his staff, Panteli Konstantinidis, Georgios Tsonakas, Georgios Theodoridis and Athanasios Kapoulasas well as a fine of 15,000 euros to each of them.

Also PAEK PAOK was fined 30,000 euroswhile AEK was fined 7,500 euros. On the contrary, in Mario Iliopoulos for what happened in the locker room corridor was simply imposed penalty of reprimand.

It is taken for granted that the PAOK side will appeal trying to reduce the punishment, which if it remains as it is, will mean that the champions will not have the Romanian coach and most of his associates on their bench until around the end of the season.

During its last meeting, the EPO Disciplinary Committee made the following decisions.

He accepted that the expelled PAE AEK, PAE PAOK, Marios Iliopoulos, Razvan Loucheskou, Pantelis Konstantinidis, Georgios Tsonakas, Georgios Theodoridis and Athanasios Kapoulas committed the attributed disciplinary violations.

He imposed a fine of two thousand (2,000.00) euros (15 par. 1 para. c. PK/EPO), b) a fine of one thousand (1,000.00) euros (no. 15 par. 1 per . a’ PK/EPO), c) a fine of two thousand (2,000.00) euros (no. 15 par. 2 1st PC of the E.P.O.], d) the penalty of reprimand (no. 5 par. 1, 14 PC in conjunction with article 9 (Accreditations) of Appendix B of the Announcement of the Betsson Greek Cup 2024- 2025) and e) a fine of 5,000 thousand (5,000.00) euros (no. 15 par. 4 para. a’ and d’ PK/EPO).

He imposed on the suspended Marios Iliopoulos the disciplinary penalty of reprimand (no. 5 par. 1, 14 PC in conjunction with article 9 (Accreditations) of Appendix B of the Betsson Greek Cup Proclamation 2024-2025).

He imposed on PAOK PAOK officials Razvan Loutsescu, Konstantinidis Pantelis, Georgios Tsonakas, Theodoridis Georgios and Athanasios Kapoulas the penalty of banning them from entering the playing field and the locker room for a period of four (4) months and a fine of fifteen thousand (15,000, 00) euros in each of them [παράβαση άρθρων 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 παρ. 1, 2, 4, 6 σε συνδ. με 10 παρ. 1β και παρ. 5ε, ΚΑΠ/ΕΠΟ] of the insolvent PAE PAOK jointly and severally liable with the aforementioned insolvents, in terms of this monetary penalty, according to article 6 par. 3 approx. b of the Disciplinary Code.

He imposed a fine of thirty thousand (30,000.00) euros on the declared PAE PAOK (14 par. 2 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11 par. 1, 2, 4, 6 in conjunction with 10 par. 1b and par. 5e, CAP/EPO).
