An incredible incident with the protagonist Khabib Nurmagomedov it happened in the US as he was kicked off a flight to the US!
The Russian UFC champion he was sitting in the emergency exit when the flight attendant asked him – according to protocol – if he could help his fellow passengers in case of an emergency. The 36-year-old athlete apparently did not understand or was not in the mood to cooperate, as a result of which he was asked to move to another position, which he refused to do. Then the flight attendants called security and Nurmagomedov was removed from the flight!

In a post on Instagram, he gave his own version of what happened. “The woman who approached me was very rude from the start, even though I speak enough English and understand everything, she insisted on removing me from my seat. I can’t say for sure what his reason for this discrimination was, if it was racist or something else, but after a short conversation, he called security and I was removed from the plane. An hour and a half later I boarded another and went to my destination. I did my best to remain calm and respectful but I think the people on the flight should have behaved better“, he said.
In October 2020, Nurmagomedov retired undefeated with 29 wins and three title defenses.
