French police have launched an investigation into the death threats received by a judge and two prosecutors in the leader of the French far right Marin Le Pen for corruption.

The two prosecutors who handle the case, Louise Neonn and Nicolas Barre, are proposing a deprivation of a deprivation of his right to be elected to a public office for five years, if he is found guilty – a penalty that will not be appealed. This means that, if the sentence is imposed and imposed on her, Marin Le Pen will not be a candidate in the 2027 presidential election.

A body of three judges of the court where the case is heard, under Benedict de Pertoi, is expected to issue the ruling on March 31st.

Neonthon, Barre and De Pertoi received death threats from people who have posted comments on the far -right website Riposte Laïque, according to judicial and police sources.

On November 14, one day after prosecutors proposed a five -year deprivation of his right to be elected by Marin Le Pen, their professional mails were posted on the Riposte Laïque commentary column under an article warning that the two prosecutors would “account for the people”. De Pertoui is worth “a 9mm bullet in the neck”, one wrote “François Devin” on October 6th under an article by Riposte Laïque who occupied “a Stalinist trial set up to destroy” the national alarm and accompanied by a photo of De Peritui .

Another commentator with the Job signature wrote that the judge must “be exterminated as soon as possible”.

The death threats are investigated by the Criminal Prosecution Service against persons who belong to the Paris Police Department.

The polls give Marin Le Penni the winner of the April 2027 presidential election.
