‘It’s a feast day’
The Chairman of the Committee on Audit, Governance and Compliance Despina Klavanidou pointed out that the National Team Training Center market is the outcome of an optimal political governance:
“It’s a day of joy for Greek football. When we took over six months ago, the EPO president set us the goals he wanted to achieve during his term and was the first to acquire a training center for national teams. I do not hide that this goal seemed to us ambitious. We did not imagine 6 months after taking over our duties that we would be here today to decide the GS for the purchase of a training center. To do this, the EPO administration worked with method, system, perseverance, patience and dedication to the goal. Throughout this time, we became societies of developments and had regular information on all steps. We estimate that the market for national teams is a move that is not only an investment for the EPO, but will make a decisive contribution to the development of Greek football. Today is a celebration day, as we have the end of an optimal political governance. ”
‘Determined step forward’

“Initially, I wish many years for the National Feast of March 25 and I convey to you the warm greetings of Mr. Alexander Tseferyr and Mr. Theodoros Theodoridis. I warmly congratulate the national football for its impressive qualification and the rise to League A, which prove progress and fill us with hope for the future of football. Greece can and should be in the top 10 federations. Olympiacos’ successes with the two European trophies last year and National in 2004 are a beacon for the successes of Greek football in the future. UEFA believes that investing in training centers is fundamental to football evolution and will be a supporter and supporter in the EPO effort. The enhancement of infrastructure and the development of academies are decisive steps for the progress of Greek football. I am very pleased to be here because it is a historic day due to the decision of the training center. Through the utilization of the money by Hat-Trick, the training center of the National Teams will be done, which will be the foundation for future successes. Let us not forget that football is a sporting sport and so we will all contribute to this project together in good cooperation. ”
