The Panathinaikos Women’s Ping Pong team qualified for the Europe Trophy Grand Finals semifinals and will chase the second trophy on the institution after 2022. In the quarter-finals, he paid a 3-1 set one of the team winners, Estoni.

On Sunday at 11:30 he is in conflict with Croatian Stk Douga Ressa, looking forward to the entrance to the final.

Earlier, however, the men’s group was out of four. In the quarter-finals with another group winner, Austrian Stokerau, a 3-2 set was beaten and will not be able to defend last year’s title. It continues for 5-8 seats and is confronted with Spanish from Spain on Sunday.

At noon it was judged that the two Panathinaikos teams were passing second with their teams in the quarter -final round of the Europe Trophy Grand Finals.

In the first group of men, Serbian Nis Zeleznicar paid 3-0 and Belgian Audergm and took the lead. In the women’s A group, Serbian Yosip Columbus also won the Austrian Stokerau finale 3-0 and finished at the top. The draw followed and the new opponents emerged.

The Panathinaikos women were drawn with the Estonian Tal Tek Sports, who had won the first place in the Group with two wins. They prevailed 3-1 and went to the four, claiming their second title in the institution.

Panathinaikos was lined up again with the Greek Trinity and, of course, kept both its dynamics and positive psychology. The match went 1-1 and in the crucial third match, Paridis prevailed at critical points. Taking the victory in the extension of the fourth set, she turned her team into a big favorite as Toliu followed. The Greek champion justified the forecasts and with her second victory sealed the four -time ticket.

Slovenian Anna Tofad was incorporated with the team on Saturday, as expected, simply coach Nikos Zervas chose to put Greek women again “and why they are in good shape and why their game matched the rival.”

Toliou-Avameri 3-0 (11-4, 11-3, 11-9)

The clash with STK Aquaeustill Duga Ressa raises the degree of difficulty. The second favorite of the event had taken the first in the group and had bye on the “8” of the board.

In the other semifinal, Serbian Josip Columbus meets Belgian Leuven. The final is scheduled for 20:00 Greece.

At the men’s Europe Trophy Grand Final, Panathinaikos was called upon to face Stokerau, who had first place in the Second Group. For almost three hours there was a solid counter with suspense, tension and passion, and in the end a defeat was 3-2. The Austrians are reinforced by Egyptian Callet Asar (Omar’s brother, leading athlete in the country), Panathinaikos again had the defender Angelakis, who scored two wins and eventually measured the details.

Last year’s Europe Trophy holder did not take advantage of his opportunities, but remained with heavy complaints from the referee about Al -Samouri’s abnormal service. Mr. Constantinopoulos faced the Austrian in the decisive fifth match. He complained from the first set to the referee for the opponent’s service, but nothing changed.

So he had problems with the reception all over the match, he had generally faced a peculiar style of play and was finally bent with 3-1 set. In the end, the people of Panathinaikos complained to the referee.

Earlier, the Greek champion of Greece led 2-1 to Asar and bent in the five sets, while George Constantinopoulos had a 5-1 match in the fifth set with Serdaroglou and lost 6-5!
