The Celtics and the Cavaliers took a significant lead in the rows of the first round of the East, both making it 2-0 in front of their audience. Despite Jason Titum’s absence, Boston prevailed with Orlando Magic 109-100, while Kavs “bent” Miami Heat 121-112 thanks to Donovan Mitchell’s leading appearance.
Brown … at Titum Rhythms
Without their leader, Jason Titum (wrist injury), the Celtics found their new protagonist in Jaylen Brown’s face. The All-Star Guard scored 36 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists, leading his team to his second victory in the Orlando series. Kristaps Porzingis, despite his head injury, returned to the parquet and scored 20 points, while Derik White added 17.

The series is transferred to Orlando for Game 3 on Saturday morning.
Mitchell ‘cleared’ for the Cavaliers
In Cleveland, the Cavaliers showed character and held the home advantage over the always dangerous Heat. Donovan Mitchell scored 30 points, with 8 of them being critical of the fourth period, when Miami reduced to 105-103, overturning 19 points.
Mitchell responded with a difficult floor and three -pointer after stealing by Jarrett Allen, re -giving a “breath” and rhythm to the Kavs, who closed the game with confidence. Cleveland’s team wrote a story with 11 apt three -pointers in the second twelve minutes – NBA record for playoffs – while overall ended with 22 three -pointers (equalized sixth best performance in history).
