As announced by the Uefathe brilliant ceremony will take place at September 22in Paris And at “Theater du Catelet”, with prospective winners being announced in early August.
UEFA’s announcement:
“The 69th Golden Ball award, the most recognized individual football distinction, will take place on Monday, September 22, at the flagship ‘Theater du Catelet’ in Paris. This year, we are proud to extend the awards, including three new categories for women
The 2025 Awards will include the Golden Ball of Men and Women, the Men’s and Women’s Kopa Trophy (Best Young Player), the Men’s and Women’s Yashin trophy (best goalkeeper), the Gerd Muller Men and Women’s Trophy (First Scorer in Club/National Team) coach in a club/national team), the Association of the Year and Women’s Association Award, and the Socrates Award, awarded by the L’Equipe Group and Peace and Sport, for solidarity or social goals performed by a dedicated champion.
Candidates will be announced in early August ».
