by

Albena’s Balkan Ping Pong Championship in Bulgaria for athletes and athletes up to 11 and up to 13 years old on Wednesday included team groups, with our national teams testing their strengths through a very good racing effort. In addition, they are already taking useful experiences with many of the children to make their debut with the “blue whites”.

Greece is competing in all three categories. In the under -team athletes Under 11 he went to the “8” board with the absolute winner in three group matches.

On Thursday he meets the fourth team of the other group, North Macedonia, to enter the four.

The Under 11 girls team had 1 win and 2 defeats in the group and go to the quarter -finals with third place from its group. He is in conflict on Thursday with Bulgaria who took second place in the other group.

It should be noted that in the younger age category all teams continue on the board and play a cross in the first knockout.

The mixed Under 13 team failed to move on to the main board. With this category having nine countries, three groups were formed and the first two teams were qualified each other.
