A new video since the 53 -year -old man is entering the car in the Liverpool parade by sowing terror to fans who were trying to escape.
The material from the closed circuit shows people from the crowded crowd trying to get away, as the vehicle rushes to the fans.
Craments are heard by the crowd, before the police and members of the public began chasing the car.
Police continue to interrogate a 53 -year -old man arrested for the incident and allegedly under the influence of drugs. The road where happened was reopened.

The suspect is held as a suspect for attempted homicide, dangerous driving and driving under the influence of drugs.
Merseyside police believe that the vehicle that hit pedestrians on Water on Monday followed an ambulance that provided help to someone who suffered a heart attack after the temporary lifting of the barricade.
