Andrew Tate, 38, and his 36 -year -old brother Tate, are facing heavy charges, including rape, trafficking in people and causing physical harm.

Andrew Tate faces 10 categories associated with three women, including rape offenses, bodily harm, trafficking and coercion in prostitution for profit. Tristan Tate is accused of 11 similar offenses at the expense of a woman.

A spokesman for the United Kingdom Public Prosecutor’s Office (CPS) said that “we confirm that we have approved the prosecution against Andrew and Titan Tate for offenses, among other things, rape, trafficking in human beings, forcing prostitution and bodily harm.”

The accusations are based on a dossier delivered by Bedfordsire police. Due to the case, a European arrest warrant was issued in 2024, and the Romanian authorities approved their extradition to the United Kingdom.

However, as CPS explained, the domestic criminal cases pending in Romania must first be resolved.

The Public Prosecutor’s Office recalls that criminal proceedings are active and the defendants have the right to fair trial, calling on the media and the public not to comment or notifications that could adversely affect the judicial development of the case.
