PAS Ioannina WBC announces with great joy the return of Katerina Marini to our team, after a year of presence in Athenian.
Katerina (born on 6/1/1999, 1.75m high) is struggling in the Guard position and has already linked her name to the great moments of our team. Last season (2023–24) with the Athenian jersey in the A1 women, it had an average of 16 minutes, with 3.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game.
In the previous three seasons (2020–2023) Katerina was a resident of Ioannina, being a key executive of PAS Ioannina. In her last year with our team, she scored excellent numbers: 12.7 points, 3.1 rebounds, 4 assists and 1 steal per game.
Marini’s return greatly strengthens the peripheral line of our roster, adding quality, stability and experience ahead of the new season.
