Hadjlygeroudis was among the participants, as he had an agreement with the club a short time ago to wear his jersey in the fifth division of the country for the period 2025-2026.

The total entries this year were 1,200, indicative of the response from German athletes and beyond. The simple men had teams in the first phase and the Balkan Men’s “Gold” proceeded with two 3-0 set wins.

The main board was of the “32”. In the first round, Hadjlygeroudis beat 3-1 set, in the second round 3-2 and in the octave 3-1. In the semifinals, he lost 3-1 set by a local athlete who had warm support from the spectators. In general, the Greek international met only German opponents and stood out two wins against athletes playing high categories in the country (one of the second national category and one from the third). The prizes were for the first six.

In Kosovo, the federation of the sport has created its own tradition with OPEN in Pristina for young athletes for the big category, but also for veterans. It also organizes, of course, the tournaments of the International Federation, recently there were Greek champions for the successive WTT Youth Contender and WTT Feeder, but now we are talking about the open championship of the country that is not evaluated.

Each year, however, he has a great participation and a good racing level with athletes from various countries, and he also distributes cash prizes. The great Greek mission can also be distinguished, and we remind you that last year Kosmas had emerged winner in Under 17.
