Today at 19.45 AEK will welcome to OPAP Arena the Aberdeen for the 3rd matchday of his League Phase Conference League. In a statement, the Union asked people to be careful, because there is a risk of greater punishment.
The announcement in detail:
PAE AEK informs that the gates of our stadium for tonight’s (23/10, 19.45) match against Aberdeen for the UEFA Conference League, will open at 16.45.
In view of tonight’s match, we remind you that we will serve a penalty of closing the doors 19-21-23-25. We also remind you that it was imposed for smoke generators in the match against Anderlecht and that as part of the new penalty there is a new punishment for the same gates of the stadium with a two-year suspension, which will be activated immediately, in case we have similar incidents tonight or in a future European home match. At the same time, it goes without saying that as long as there are misdemeanors that carry similar penalties, there is always the risk of a greater punishment.
So we have to protect our headquarters. It’s very simple, it’s up to us. It is enough that no smoke generator, no flare, no sparkler or strobe light up.
In the perimeter outside our stadium, there will be strict pre-checks and checks at the entrance of the gates. Do not come without a ticket or with motorcycle helmets, bags or backpacks. It is not allowed to occupy corridors inside the stadium.
We are waiting for you tonight at Spiti Mas, to experience a great European evening near Omadara Mas!
