Problems in accessing Instagram generated a spike in user complaints this Thursday afternoon (14) on the website Downdetector, which compiles alerts of failures on pages and applications.
The monitoring website recorded about 6,000 notifications as of 6 pm this Thursday. In the comments, users report difficulties opening the app.
“On mobile, Instagram opens and closes immediately. On tablet, [está] working normally and on the web too,” wrote one user.
Wanted, Instagram has not yet commented on the instability of the service.
