New failure for Ilon Musk’s rocket. SpaceX made a new launch of the giant (123 -meter) Starship mission on Tuesday night after two consecutive failures. Although the rocket has successfully taken off from Starbase to Texas, finally went out of control and dissolved in the air, without achieving the main goals of the mission.

The SpaceX spaceship returned to the atmosphere earlier than the scheduled, after leaking on the boat, it triggered an uncontrolled rotation in space.

Ilon Musk’s company had planned to release a series of test satellites after take -off, but the door opening system was damaged. Then the spacecraft began to rotate uncontrollably, as it approached the boundaries of space towards the Indian Ocean, where it crashed.

SpaceX later confirmed that the boat suffered ‘Rapid unpaid disassembly’ – That is, it dissolved in the air.

Starship is the largest and most powerful rocket ever built, but is still far from being reliable for the manned missions that Musk and NASA envision. In addition to taking corrective measures and upgrading measures, SpaceX, among other things, modified the thermal tiles of the latest starship.

However, despite improvements and upgrades, there are still technical problems such as fuel leaks, thermal protection and flight control.

However, Musk described the test as “significant progress” in relation to the two previous missions, which had resulted in burning debris in the Atlantic Ocean. Despite the new failure, he promised that SpaceX would speed up the pace of launches, aiming for one flight every three to four weeks.

NASA needs SpaceX to take significant steps next year with the Starship – the largest and most powerful rocket ever built – to adopt astronauts again. The affected are scheduled to occur in the earliest in 2027, and will require a starship to carry two astronauts from the lunar orbit to the surface of the Earth’s satellite and return them back to our planet.
