The attitude of unknown hackers accepted Microsoft’s software, with cyber security analysts warning extensive security violations around the world, according to Bloomberg.

The Washington -based Software Manufacturer said a new security patch for its customers, who must apply it to Sharepoint servers “to mitigate the active attacks aimed at servers”.

The US Infrastructure Security and Security Service said it was aware of the situation, which, he said, allowed hackers to access file systems, as well as execute code through the network.

Cyber security companies warned that a wide part of organizations around the world could be influenced by the violation, with Silas Cutler, a Michigan -based Censys researcher, estimating that more than 10,000 SharePoint servers are in danger. The US had the largest number of these companies, followed by the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Canada.

The Washington Post reported that the violation influenced US federal and state services, universities, energy companies and an Asian telecommunications company, citing government officials and private researchers.

Microsoft has faced a number of recent cyberattacks, warning in March that Chinese hackers have targeted remote management tools and cloud applications to spy on a number of companies and organizations in the US and abroad.

The Cyber Safety Review Board, a group designed by the White House to examine big cyberattacks, said Microsoft’s security culture was “inadequate” after the company’s exchangers’ breach of Electronic Exchange Onlines in 2023.
