Taihang 110 is the first Chinese -made Turbine, heavy -duty, 110 megawatt, out of the production line on September 8, and its commercial tradition has been launched, according to Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC).

Only a small number of countries worldwide have the capacity to develop heavy gas turbines, as they are central energy production equipment, as well as a symbol of industrial dynamism.

The tradition of the reported turbine to enhance China’s efforts to achieve the goals of reducing carbon dioxide emissions, AECC estimates.

How it works

The Taihang 110 enters the operation with a high level of thermal efficiency, while the requirements for its technical maintenance are maintained at a minimum.

Given the use of its high technology, the turbine can operate with fossil fuels, gas, and low and medium -sized gases.

Its performance is considered ideal for the combination of heat and energy production, at gas stations, but also for the production of energy through the use of mixed energy resources.
