Destination of the trip the “The Ellinikon Experience Center”, the city of the future that is being created in Elliniko and has already started to be “revealed” since last December, when the public was given the Experience Park, a first area of the largest coastal park in Europethe Metropolitan Park.
As reported by Lamda Development Receiving their state-of-the-art nominal tickets from the entrance of the – the largest of its kind in the international level – Visitor Center, young and old start an interactive tour in a sustainable, smart and innovative city. A city that is becoming a reality day by day.
The tour is done through five thematic zones with facilities and experiential experiences, which reveal the history of the Greek and her plans greater urban regeneration in Europe. The historical landmarks and works that compose the design of The Ellinikon “come to life” in front of the eyes of visitors in an interactive model.

They have already traveled by interactive boat, in a small artificial lake, to upgraded coastline and in the Marina of The Ellinikon, on a journey that began with the bright light of the Attic sky and ended, after sunset.
In the upper foyer we toured one of them modern “smart” homes of The Ellinikon where all devices are connected to the internet of Things, have sensors and can be adjusted remotely. They save energy, offer security and show how the new homes are. We are interactively in one of 200 apartments in Marina Tower and specifically on the balcony of a 25th floor apartment with unobstructed sea views. “Can we ask for information on apartment prices?” A couple asks the tour guide. “For real estate there is a section on the website of Elliniko that you can express interest and they will contact you, but the apartments of Pyrgos have already been pre-sold, except for the apartments on the top floors,” he replies.
Something that has already become known from its official updates Lamda Development to representatives of the press: the demand for both the apartments of the Tower and 27 villas but also of two-storey houses exceeded all expectations and translated into pre-sales that are estimated to bring in revenue EUR 250 million within 2022. The Experience Center is housed in one of three Air Force hangars designated by the Ministry of Culture as newer monuments of Greek historyand welcomes the public daily from 10:00 until 21:00.

Admission is free, and a reservation is required through the website https://www.experiencecentre.theellinikon.com.gr. The Visitor Center is located inside the Experience Park, the new experiential park which is now open to the public from 10:00 to 23:00 daily.
Access to the Center is from Vouliagmeni Avenue, very close to the Elliniko Metro station. For the convenience of visitors there is a free parking space in the Park, which also serves the visitors of the Experience Center.
