Ukraine on EU sanctions on Russia: “Too late and not enough”

The latest EU sanctions against Russia, which ban most oil imports “are not enough” and the pace of their implementation so far is very slow, as noted today in a speech in Madrid senior official of the Ukrainian presidency.
