The man miraculously recovered after falling 30 feet at his home in the United States.

Justin Stark, 24, landed on his chin, breaking every bone in his face.

But miraculously, he suffered no brain damage or fractures after falling on his skull on November 31.

He broke 14 bones in his face. This included both the shell of the lower part of the nose as well as the lacrimal bone, mandible, mandible, nasal bone, palatine bone, voice bone, and joint bone.

“Even if I don’t remember the hit, I know I fell on my chin,” Justin said.

He was at his home in Stanford, California, when the fall occurred.

“The doctors were very surprised to see my facial injury, especially since there were no skull fractures,” he said.

Software engineer Justin had to undergo two surgeries to save his face.

The third is planned for the end of this year.

He added: “The last thing I remember is being on the balcony. I don’t remember falling. I don’t remember hitting the ground.

“A lot of people say to me, ‘Oh my God, this is the hardest experience you can imagine,’ but I just don’t remember.”

Justin’s injury was so severe that the doctor had to model and 3D print 90 screws and 30 plates placed along the remaining bone.

This technique was seen in detail during an MRI where the plaque “shone like a Christmas tree”.

Justin’s road to recovery began in December, when he underwent primary surgery and was hospitalized for two weeks.

The jaws of a 24-year-old were snapped in two and then reattached, causing his mouth to be ripped out.

Justin was forced to survive on only a clear liquid diet, primarily “soup and water”.

The second round of his surgery included a month later, a doctor sawing off his head from ear to ear, “removing” and “regaining” his face.

After the second surgery, he was weak, feeling “generally weak” and was lifted up by his father and brothers.

By February, he had begun most of his recovery.

Last month, a 24-year-old man said the swelling had gone down significantly and the facial reconstruction “looked pretty good.”

His injuries caused him not only physical injuries but also mental health problems.

Justin had to go to a psychiatrist for post-traumatic stress disorder.

He affirms:

I had some anxiety about it.

The entire facial repair process takes about a year to complete and recover successfully.

After finishing his third and final surgery, he said he would feel “100 percent normal.”
