Former President Donald Trump and his two eldest sons will be sworn in next month in a civil investigation into family business practices by the New York Attorney General.

The former president, his daughter Ivanka Trump and his son Donald Trump Jr. will testify on July 15, subject to court orders and petitions filed Wednesday. The match will be given to complete the deposit until the end of next week.

Each family member will testify separately.

If the New York Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals do not reach a judge’s decision, Trump seeks testimony. Trump must present offers until Monday.

Late last month, the Court of Appeals ruled that three members of the Trump family must testify in this case. On June 1, the former president filed a complaint.

New York Attorney General Leticia James has “substantial evidence” from a fraudulent investigation by the Trump organization that her office misrepresented tax incentives and more favorable loan asset valuations, she said.

“We have found substantial evidence in Trump’s financial statements provided to banks, insurance companies and the Internal Revenue Service that supports much misinformation,” James’ office told the court.

Perhaps his office is asking Trump about his financial statements. Investigators also plan to ask Ivanka, who used to work for the Trump Organization, and her vice president, Trump Jr., about the company’s performance.

The ruling came after James’ office accused the former president of investigating “wild goose hunting.”

“We’re disappointed and confused to be there,” Andrew Amer said at a hearing at James’ office on Wednesday.

“The Trump organization is a large and sophisticated real estate company, and it is no wonder in the proceedings. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get the basic information.”

President Trump called the James investigation a “witch hunt” and repeatedly denied involvement in illegal activities. Neither she nor her children’s lawyers immediately commented on the latest developments.
