In the problems faced by Russian defense industry in an effort to replenish damaged equipment in its war Of Ukraine stands with the latest update the British Ministry of Defense.
It is noted that on June 10, the First Deputy Chairman of the Russian Military Committee predicted that state defense spending would increase by 600-700 billion rubles, an increase of almost 20% in the Russian defense budget.

“Nevertheless, the industry could find it difficult to meet many of these needs, in part due to the impact of sanctions and lack of specialization. “Russia’s production of high-quality binoculars and advanced electronics is likely to remain problematic and could undermine its efforts to replace equipment lost in Ukraine.”
At the operational level, the British Ministry of Defense states that the main Russian effort remains the attack on the Sieverodonetsk enclave in Donbas. He notes that the Western Group of Russian Forces made small advances in the Kharkov sector for the first time in several weeks.
