It seems to hurt a bit… (Photo: BNPS)

We know, we know, it’s been a long time since the sun has seen you in the UK…

But some people have been away for so long that they completely forgot how to behave reasonably in it.

The Englishman who wanted to soak up the rays went out into the sun without a care in the world – and it turned out to be a bit frustrating.

I sincerely hope that someone has already provided aloe vera, but they are not the only ones as the temperature has risen considerably across the country this week.

Others have noticed that the sun has a hard time dealing with the heat -with an umbrella, a jacket- and the truth is that everything that comes to mind stays in the shade.

And it could get worse as the Meteorological Agency warns that high temperatures will continue for the next few days.

“There aren’t many paths to very hot or very hot days this year, but it’s turning,” said meteorologist Stephen Keets.

“We’re probably ready for warm weather this weekend.”

In the south-east of England, it can be 32°C on Friday. “Maybe it’s a little warmer than that… maybe mid-30s,” Steven added.

As a result, many countries have issued health warnings about the fever.

Level 2 warnings are valid in the south and central England, while level 1 warnings are valid in the north of England.

The warnings act as an early warning system highlighting periods of high temperature that can affect public health.

What to do if you have a serious burn

According to the NHS, sunburns are hot and painful skin caused by excessive exposure to sunlight. After a few days, it may swell and swell, but the treatment itself can.

It usually improves in 7 days.

If you get sunburned, your skin will look like this:

  • Feel the heat when you touch it
  • feel pain or pain
  • After a few days, put or peel

If you have fair skin, your skin will usually be red or pink. If your skin is black or tan, you may not notice the change in skin color.

If you have a bad sunburn, you may also get blisters on your skin. Severe sunburns can cause heat exhaustion and heat stroke. This can include very high temperatures, dizziness, confusion, nausea, or muscle cramps.

If you have any of the listed symptoms, immediately move to a cool place, give plenty of water and call 111 for advice.

People were urged to visit elderly relatives and vulnerable loved ones during the week.

Friday may be hotter than Portugal, Costa Rica and Cyprus. It’s already called “Burning Friday”.

Craig Snell, also from More Offices, added: “We’re expecting very high levels of ultraviolet light in the South this week, which means people really should avoid being in the afternoon sun.”
