For over 50 years Led Zeppelin has been adored by millions of fans around the world. “Led Zeppelin Symphonic” is a genuine and authentic presentation of the band’s music, with the addition of a symphony orchestra, which creates for Zeppelin fans an exciting experience that stands out from any other.
Three fantastic rock singers join the stage with a rock band made up of prominent UK musicians, led by renowned guitarist Andy Jones and starring drummer Alex Marchisone, who has performed hundreds of concerts, shows and recordings. all over Europe.
With them, a leading Symphony Orchestra, under the guidance of conductor Richard Sidwell, who recently enchanted the Greek public in their 2 sold out performances at the Herodeion!
The performance is undertaken by three great singers of the British music scene, known to the Athenian public from last year’s sold-out success of Led Zeppelin Symphonic at the Herodeion:
Peter Eldridge, one of the protagonists in the original London cast of “We Will Rock You”.
Jesse Smith, lead singer of Canadian rock band CAUTERIZE, with many cover performances of songs by Who and Led Zeppelin, for which his voice has been described as similar to the voice of Led Zeppelin legend Robert Plant.
Finally, with them, Mollie Marriott, who shared the stage with Robert Plant for a concert-celebration of the 80th birthday of bassist Bill Wyman, the founder of the Rolling Stones, at the end of 2016!
The concert features all the great hits of Led Zeppelin, including the favorites Whole Lotta Love, Black Dog, Kashmir, Rock & Roll, Dazed & Confused and – of course – Stairway To Heaven.
