Thai police are in a frenzy as they try to clear up the case of the imminent murder of a 30-year-old trans.

Police said Marius and Tiropong, who was born a man but later began dressing as a woman, had met six or seven months ago in the red light district of Phuket Island.
The couple had visited Tiropong’s hometown twice. The first time they stayed in a hotel, but on the most recent trip, they stayed in the family home.
His neighbor and family friend, Noi, said: “Tiropong has been seeing his boy, who has been working in Norway, for a few months now. He had visited her in Surin twice. “
“The first time was in January, but they both met at the hotel. The second time was in May. He brought his friend home. “
Tiropong’s mother, Wadi Lambulea, 47, said she found the child’s body behind the house.
She added: “I thought she had left with her boyfriend. I did not suspect that something was wrong until I smelled a bad smell and went to look.
“I can not understand what happened or why my child died. “They both looked so happy when they were here together.”
Police said an arrest warrant had been issued in the district court for Marius’s arrest and interrogation.
The police chief added: “There is no doubt that the victim was killed. “The main suspect is the victim’s foreign friend.”
