Boris Johnson paid a second surprise visit to Kieu after Russia invaded Ukraine.

The Prime Minister met with Volodymyr Zelensky in the capital today and proposed a new military training program.

Under the new proposal, Britain was allowed to train up to 120,000 soldiers every 120 days.

Johnson wrote in a Twitter post: Good to be in Kyiv again. “

The two leaders gave a speech in Kieu later that day, discussing Russia’s “citizen-directed goals.”

Johnson said:

“I fully understand why you and your people cannot compromise with Putin.

“We are with you to provide you with the strategic resilience you need,” he added.

The prime minister was due to announce it today at the Torah conference in Doncaster, but canceled his trip to Kieu.

Earlier in the day, President Zelensky’s telegram statement read: “Many days of this war show that Britain’s support for Ukraine is strong and resilient.

“I am glad to see Boris Johnson, the best friend of our country, again in Kieu.”

The video accompanying the message showed that Johnson had arrived to meet a Ukrainian associate.

The prime minister was able to get into a silver car before shaking hands with Zelensky on the red carpet.

The pair then walk in and film them talking at the meeting.

Johnson also inspected the destroyed tanks and damaged armor currently on display in Kyiv’s St. Michael’s Square.

As business resumes and curfew is relaxed, the game will take place after the city returns to a small normal state.

The two leaders were accompanied by Ukrainian officials due to combat fatigue, but no evidence of civil civilization was seen.

“My visit today in the midst of this war is to send a clear and simple message to the Ukrainian people. Britain is with you and you will eventually win,” Johnson said in a statement. Until we are with you.”

He proposed a new basic military training program for Zelensky, which he said could “change the equation of this war”.

Downing Street said the cost of the new operation was unclear and the training program was only an offer at the time.

With Zelensky’s participation, there will be discussions about the scale of operations likely to take place outside of Ukraine.

Johnson spoke to the president on television and said that returning to Kyiv was “great” and “richer” than during his first visit during the war in April.

“But we have to face the fact that towns and villages are in ruins just hours after a savage attack on completely innocent people,” he added.

“We remain a war crime and the deliberate targeting of civilians, the illegal deportation of people with horrible pasts who think that the Russian military is not completely sympathetic to Putin’s attack. I’m watching.

Today’s surprise meeting took place after Vladimirputin showed no signs of ending the war in Ukraine.

At an economic conference in St. Petersburg, Kremlin leaders said: “Russia is entering an era that begins as a powerful sovereign state.”

“We will definitely take advantage of the huge opportunity that it is giving us now and we will be even stronger,” he added.

Putin also used his speech to call on Russian companies to continue working in his country.

Johnson had previously met in the Ukrainian capital in April.

He became the first foreign leader to travel to the country since the start of the Ukrainian War.

Zelensky said Britain’s leadership would be “historic” after the meeting.

Downing Street later promised that Britain would send 120 armored vehicles and anti-ship missile systems to help Ukraine.

The April visit was also known as the “solidarity show” between Britain and Ukraine.

“The Ukrainian people are lions and you are the lions,” Johnson told Zelensky.

Other world leaders, such as French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, have recently visited Ukraine.
