As it became known yesterday, Wednesday 22 June, French justice opened an investigation after two rape charges were filed against her Chrysoulas Zacharopoulou, Member of the French Government. Chrysoula Zacharopoulou, a Frenchwoman of Greek descent, is Undersecretary of State for Development, French-speaking and International Partnership.
The first complaint for rape was filed on May 25 and the investigation began two days later, according to the prosecutor’s office, which reported that there was also second complaintsubmitted on 16 June.

The gynecologist is accused of having performed medical operations without having previously obtained the consent of her patients. The second complaint concerns an adult woman, according to Le Monde, citing a source close to the case.
Chrysoula Zacharopouloua distinguished gynecologist, originally from Sparta, has studied in Italy and for years has been working at the University Hospital of Paris.
