The Ukrainian army posted a video on Thursday celebrating the liberation of the island of Zmiinyi (Fidonisi) from the Russians on social media.
According to the Ukrainian army, the three components of a successful military operation are:
– skills of the Ukrainian army.
– modern Ukrainian weapons
– equipment from our international partners
Or Fidonisi is free from occupation.

The islet held by the Russia was repeatedly attacked by Ukraine, destroying the Russian facilities and abandoning it.
“On June 30, in a show of goodwill, the Russian military met the targets set on Snake Island and withdrew its guard from there,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement, adding that the move will facilitate grain exports from Ukraine. However, many argue that the withdrawal of Russian forces represents a significant loss for Putin’s forces, both strategically and in terms of prestige.
