Police are offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect
A man in a straw hat climbed into a Wendy’s drive-thru store in Florida and stole the cash register drawer. The robbery was recorded by a camera in the store, according to police.
CAN YOU ID? On 6/18 at approx. 7:50am on Major Blvd, a man in a black Nissan Altima, wearing a mask covering his face & a straw hat, threatened a Wendy’s employee w/ a gun, climbed into the drive-thru window & stole the entire cash drawer.

The video, released by the department, shows the suspect in a black Nissan Altima arriving at the store to place an order before approaching the window. At the window, the man threatened the cashier with his gun as she tried to close the window opening before running away, police said.
The man then gets out of his car and jumps out the window at the restaurant, grabs the cash register, then gets back into the car and drives off.
Police are offering a $1,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
