Jim’s owner was left “traumatised” after being accused of racist abuse in a letter from the DVLA.

Marving Reeves, 40, does not own or own a car, but received a registration book from the licensing agency on Wednesday.

The six parents’ names were “Black N****r Pussy” in a mysterious letter. The next day she received another letter called “Marvin Chocolate N****r Greaves”.

Marvin, who helps young people in the streets and gyms of Oldham, Manchester, remained “stressed and depressed” after the trials.

“It was an official letter, a brown envelope, and it came to my Jim’s address,” he said.

“This is really racist and allowed someone to send it to my gym address.

“I was wondering how I could send it. If someone did it online, someone had to approve it.

The DVLA states: “We have removed this information from our records because these malicious and malicious apps were run by a third party as yet unknown. We are immediately investigating and will pass the findings on to the police.”

Marvin claims that the DVLA officer who informed him asked him to “stop the file immediately”, but he refused.

He states, “Someone needs to approve and verify. It’s a stolen car or someone pulled it.”

It must be someone who knows me, someone who knows my address. I am a community advocate for the people in my community.

“I get them off the street, into the gym and keep them positive. I’ve solved a lot of problems at Oldham and been well received for doing it.”

“For me, what I get is the bottom. I allowed this and the system crashed.” [be sent] outside. ‘
