Vaccination with the fourth dose for citizens over 60 is expected to begin in the next few days.

According to data from the Italian Ministry of Health, 26.3% of the diagnostic tests carried out today, came back positive.
There are 9,044 patients with coronavirus in hospital wards, 180 more than yesterday. In the Italian intensive care units there are 350 patients, i.e. 6 more than the last twenty-four hours. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 19,439,501 people have been infected in Italy and 169,106 have died.
In the next few days, finally, in Italy, the platform for granting it is expected to open fourth installment of the coronavirus vaccine to citizens over 60 years old. Until now, it was decided that the fourth installment should be given only to those belonging to vulnerable categories and to citizens above 80 years of age.
