Police spokesman said no other person wanted – Residents had earlier been asked by text to stay inside their homes
One dead and many injured is the result of the bloody action of a man who was walking the streets of the city Langleyin Canada and was shooting homeless.
The suspected perpetrator was arrested by Canadian police and taken in for questioning. The police spokesman said he is the only suspect and no other person is being sought.
The police spokesman said earlier that the attack was targeted. The perpetrator’s target was homeless people sleeping on the streets, however the reason that prompted the perpetrator to this action has not been clarified.
Earlier there were reports of multiple shootings in the central part of the city, in British Columbia. A large police operation was immediately set up, which resulted in the arrest of a suspect.
The suspect is white man with dark hairwho was wearing a brown jacket.
Police immediately sent a message to residents to stay in their homes and stay off the streets for their safety while an investigation is underway.
Helicopters were raised at the scene to locate the perpetrator and coordinate police forces. A short time later, a suspect was located and arrested.
