The Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky sentenced yesterday Sunday night Russia’s new missile strikes against the city of Nikolaev (South) and explained how his army will retaliate.
The mayor of Nikolaev, Oleksandr Senkevich, said earlier yesterday that the city had suffered at least 12 rocket hits, which described as possibly the most severe since the outbreak of war on 24 February, emphasizing that they destroyed schools and houses. He spoke of at least 2 dead and three injured.
Mr. Zelensky spoke of “one of the barbaric bombings of Nikolaev and the region“, adding that “no Russian attack goes unanswered by our military and our intelligence services.”
