The accident happened on Friday, August 5, when her car crashed into a house in Los Angeles.

Hess was known for her participation in “Six Days and Seven Nights” in 1998 and “Donnie Brasco” in 1997.
He was the partner of Ellen DeGeneres.

“Today is a sad day,” the well-known presenter wrote in her post on social media and sent her love to the family of her ex-partner.
